Radxa SiRider S1
The SiRider S1 is an industrial single-board computer made by Radxa, SiEngine and Arm China around the SE1000-I. It comes with 8 or 16 GB of RAM and ships with Ubuntu. Radxa provides an SDK for the Zhouyi NPU.
